Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

Shipping

• Orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and a flat fee of $6.50 is charged for shipping, handling, and insurance.

• Most shipments are mailed within 2 working business days of payment receipt. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within that time, you will receive an email.

• Please double check your shipping address, if the address listed for shipping is incorrect there are no refunds, and additional charges will be assessed to ship it again.

• Sorry, I currently do not accept international orders.

Exchanges & Returns

My ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction. 

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

• All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. It is advisable to insure your package and retain the tracking number for your records. 

• Items must be returned in their original state and packaging within 7 days of receipt.  Shipping charges are not refunded.
